There are no monthly or annual subscription costs, simply scan or tap the tag to set-up a Retreev account and activate the tag, and then attach to your travel luggage, laptop bag, or handbag.

Should your bag go missing, the person who finds it simply scans the QR code on the Retreev SMART tag and you'll be alerted by email and text message that your bag has been found and how to arrange its safe return.
