Returns

What is the returns policy?

  • If you decide that your it luggage case is not for you, you can return within 14 days from the day you receive your luggage. Once this period has passed, we reserve the right to refuse the return of the product.

What returns are accepted?

The product must be returned to us in a re-sellable condition with its original packaging, hangtags and wrapping.

Are returns free?

No, £5.50. If product arrives faulty please email our customer services. 

Can items be exchanged?

Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges.

What is the returns process?

Email our customer service team (customerservice@itluggage.co.uk) stating the following: Name, order number and reason for return.

What payment options are accepted? 

We accept all major UK card types, including VISA, Mastercard, Maestro and American Express or Paypal.

What are the delivery options and costs?

£5.50 Next day delivery if transaction is before 2pm
